Leo Sawrij Ltd manages Leo Group’s property portfolio, renewable energy sources and waste wood recycling.

Leo Group owns more than 1,500 acres of land as well as residential properties ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom detached houses. Our commercial portfolio has more than 14 sites and more than 600,000 sq ft of warehousing and workshops. The Group’s in-house property team oversees construction projects across the business to cater for its expanding workforce.

In addition to this the Group acquired The Rose & Crown public house in Clapham and has since carried out extensive renovations to incorporate a dining room and commercial kitchen.

As a Group we are committed to utilising the latest technology to reduce our carbon emissions and our properties are no exception. Leo Group’s head office in Halifax is heated using a biomass boiler and benefits from solar panels to provide electricity demonstrating the company’s dedication to environmentally friendly alternatives. Several nearby residential properties also benefit from being connected to biomass boilers making them eco-friendlier and more efficient for our tenants.

Our philosophy reflects the Group’s long-term vision to create sustainable environments where people and businesses can thrive. As well as investing in renewable technology we also recycle waste wood in-house and use it as biomass fuel, woodchip for our biofilters and sawdust for cattle bedding.
